Afternoon Snack:

  • a few Cool Ranch Doritos (coworker gave them to me. irresistible)

Post Gym Snack:

WORK OUT

  • 1.5 miles on Climber
  • slow mile on treadmill (~15 mins)
  • 3 sets of 15 bicycles
  • 3 sets of 15 captain’s chair leg raise
  • 3 sets of 20 weighted (10 lbs) crunches on exercise ball
  • 3 sets of 15 vertical leg crunches
  • 25 sit up, v ups
  • 25 hip rock & raise
  • 25 oblique v pus (each side)
  • 50 total weighted (10 lbs) mason twist

Okay I could do better on the getting-more-nutrients end. But whatever, I did what I could for the day. And i’m just trying to focus on lowering my sugar intake for a little. I’ve done nothing but eat candy and cake and donuts and munchkins and cookies for the entire summer.

Went to the gym and burned 150 calories on the elliptical thingy (it’s not an elliptical but i do NOT know what it is called)..
Then Diane and I did legs..probably burned about 200/250 calories? I’m not sure. I feel pretty good about it though. I haven’t lifted in a while…felt lovely. I will be partaking in the activity more often now.

Anyways, off to bed so I’m not exhausted for work. :) 

I cannot believe how bad my skin is as of recent. I’ve never had acne. Bioré discontinued my face wash a whole back so I started used BareMinerals since I use their make up. I’ve never broken out like this before. It’s just not for me! I started last night using Proactive. Sort of. My friend(s) use it & one of them had some extra toner & moisturizer lying around so she let me have it. But I don’t have the face wash. I’m hoping it helps, though! If I see some improvement, I’ll order my own (face wash included).

Wah. Fix it!
